• I have worked in Deep Industries kutch in RESIN PLANT for seven months.

• I have worked in Unimark Remedies Ltd Bavla. as a production officer from jan-2012 to march

2013.

• I have worked in Dishman Pharmaceuitcals and Chemicals ltd. Bavla. from march 2013 to

August 2014.

• Presently I am working in Unimark Remedies Ltd Bavla. from August 2014.

• I have worked on Imipenem, Meropenem, Pnbt-s SC-II(BFI) etc. products.

Job responsibilities:-

• Monitor running batches constantly and ensuring that batches are charged as per shift production plan

• Fill up BPCR, maintain documents like cleaning records, Log books.

• Effectively takeover / handover the documents and running batches from the previous / next shift

chemist

• Taking plant round inside as well as outside and ensuring upkeep of production machinery in order

• Ensure good housekeeping of the plant and equipment condition as per SOP

• Issuing work order to maintenance dept. for any kind of maintenance work/ HVAC filter cleaning

• Help in planning blue collar worker activities.

• Coordination and follow up with other dept for any pending work

• Keep the production blockhead updated about any issues or support required

● Production planning, preparing BPCR, preparing SOP, Strictly follow the cGMP criteria

● I also working on scale up the production of our plant.

● Implementation of cGMP on shop floor

● Up gradation of facilities for regulatory and customer audit

● I have some knowledge of ETP.

Handling of Equipments:-

I have hand on experience of running Hydrogenator, Bromination, Ultrafilter, SS reactor,VTD, RVD, FBD,

Sparkler filter, CF and shifter.
