My goal is to find a place of employment that I can make a career out of,

I am very familiar with manual labor and am more than capable of doing

any sort of job asked of me. At my current place of employment I have
moved up very quickly. I have done numerous jobs from the lowest of the
manual labor, to operating the machines on the production line. I am good
with my hands and when I develop a new skill I become one of the best
workers doing such job. I am very good at thinking ahead from my years of
working construction. I was taught to always be thinking of what had to be
done next and to get things set up for what was to come.
EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION LINE OPERATOR, AGRELIANT GENETICS
July 2011-Present
I am the head production line operator at AgReliant Genetics. My responsibilities include
operating and doing the maintenance on the production line machinery. Being the most
senior member of the production line I am also the head floor man and am expected to not
only keep the machinery up and running, but to keep the production crew busy and
working as well. During the down seasons I do the maintenance not only in my section of
the factory but I do the mechanical maintenance in the treatment tower as well for the past
three years. I have also been put in the warehouse during their busy season to operate the
forklift and fill out paperwork and work orders.
TRANSPORT AID, MERKLE KNIPWRATH COUNTRYSIDE
December 2009- June 2011
I was in charge of bringing the nursing home residents to and from meals and all activities.
I played games with them, sat and talked with them, learned a great deal in people skills and
how to handle others who are in an argumentative state.
GENERAL LABORER, LEVEL LINE BUILDERS
June 2006- May 2011
I was a general laborer and contractor for an exterior remodeling business. Our jobs
included building room additions, garages, gazebos, custom decks, siding, roofing, doors,
and windows. This is where I learned about working long hours in different weather
conditions, from working on a roof top in one hundred plus degree weather to digging holes
in below freezing temperatures. I learned how to use carpentry tools and work
exceptionally well with my hands

I was an above average student, took an honors English course and weighted science classes
on top of being a student athlete.
I have very good communication skills. I represent myself in a respectful
COMMUNICATION
and polite manner.
When I was a student athlete in high school I was the offensive line captain
LEADERSHIP
of the football team. I led workouts in the weight room, lineman drills
during practice, and was a motivational speaker during the games. In the
workforce I am the floor leader on the production line. I am ver y good at
getting the workers to do their jobs and to go above and beyond because
when I tell them to do something I am right there with them doing the
work. I never ask a worker to do a job I am not willing to go do myself.
