feed adjacent building, demo existing building/ Build New 26,000 s.f. Lab/
Classroom with new Site improvements and re-work parking lots.
City of Hope Wing 1: $8 million, Remodel in Occupied Cancer Center, Patient
Rooms, Nurse Stations, with Infrastructure Upgrades. Completed 2 months
ahead of original schedule.
Kaiser South Bay Annex Building: $43 million, 108,000 sf. New OSHPD
Building, with Radiology Department, OSHPD Med. Surg. Patient Floor and Out
Patient Services.

Kaiser Tri-Central Misc Projects:
Kaiser Bellflower Medical Center Replacement Project, Bellflower, CA: $10
million
Kaiser Bellflower Medical Center Infrastructure Project: The project
included new chillers, pumps, automatic transfer switches, with associated
equipment and a computer building management system upgrade.
Environment of Care Remodel, $2.2 million, Remodel of Kaiser Imperial
buildings (A,B,C,D) multi-phased project running concurrently in all four
buildings. The project introduced the new "Thrive" branding theme for the
service area. The scope included public areas to receive casework,
ceilings, doors, wall finishes and flooring. Project required daily dust
containment and working off hours in occupied areas.
Commerce Construction Project:
Hadley Trucking Facility/ Union Pacific Land Lease (Design/ Build:
The Project included 4 buildings with a central plant on 25 acres. The site
received new railroad track access, test drive track and car wash for
vehicle delivery. The project was performed on a very aggressive schedule,
with many owner changes, due to new technology.
