LIST OF PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN & COMPLETED

I. HOTEL, with Roel Construction :

o Agua Caliente Casino & Resort Hotel - Rancho Mirage, CA

o The 552,000 square-foot project consists of a 16-story, 340-room hotel next to the existing casino, with meeting

rooms, pre-function convention space, complete spa, and back of house areas. I was assigned as the PM in charge of

the M.E.P. & Equipment component of the project worth aprrox. $45Million. The project was completed in April

2008. Approx. Cost - $175Million.

II. HEALTHCARE FACILITY, with Roel Construction:

o El Centro Regional Medical Center - El Centro, California

This 65,000 SF modernization and expansion project was completed in two phases. Phase 1 included a two -storey

structure housing a 20-bed emergency room, a 12-room ICU wing with five isolation rooms, a 48 -bed

medical/surgical wing with eight isolation rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center with five operating rooms and

two procedure rooms. It also includes a new central plant and emergency generator that augments the existing

systems. Phase 2 included the demolition and rebuilding of a 50 -year old section of the hospital that houses an

emergency room and surgery rooms. The new 6,000 SF structure includes a lobby/regi stration area, gift shop,

chapel, and a 25-foot water feature. Site work included demolition, earthwork, paving, and underground utilities.

The project was completed in October 2004 at a cost of $28Million.

II. TIMESHARES, with Roel Construction:

o Aviara Timeshares Phase 5A - Carlsbad, California

A 25,254 SF project consisting of two new timeshare buildings and adjacent site work

for Four Seasons Resort Club. The wood-frame and stucco finish buildings are 3 -level villas with two units per

floor.

The project was completed in July 2005 at a cost of $7Million.

III. TENANT IMPROVEMENT, with Roel Construction:

o ICON Presentation Center

This one-of-a-kind, fully constructed and furnished showcase model ho me allows individuals to explore the interior

elements and designer finish packages of the future ICON Condominiums in downtown San Diego. It also includes

a state-of-the-art interactive virtual tour. It was completed in April 2004

Estimated Cost- $0.5 Million.

IV. OFFICE BUILDING, with Roel Construction:

o Qualcomm Building WT - 5751 Pacific Center Blvd., San Diego, CA

A new 415,000 SF, 12-storey office building with a partial basement, which includes over 50,000 SF of lab space, a

fitness center, and a full-service cafeteria. Scheduled for final completion in October 2006.
