Study and Review different contracts of the projects specially the Steam Turbine Generator and

Condenser contract (Ansaldo Energia Steam Turbine Generators and condenser) including all

instrumentations, protections and auxiliaries.

Analysis of technical offers submitted by bidders, do negotiations with successful bidder and

review of technical documents submitted by contractors.

Review schematic drawings and P&ID according to standards and requirements.

Follow-up the MRR (Material Received Report) Comparing With Specification, the CDDR

(Contract Disposition Deviation Report) Comparing With Specification and the FCR (Field Change

Report) Comparing With Specification.

Study and supervise the steam turbine control system (Symphony Harmony Control System.

ABB system, Composer and PGP).

PLC step7-300, Siemens and Allen bradly.

Review, test, testing and commissioning steam turbine (HP/IP) Bypass system

Review, test, testing and commissioning steam turbine and condenser auxiliaries including lube,

hydraulic systems, seal oil, debris filter, tube cleaning, water box vacuum and condenser vacuum.

Testing and Commissioning the continuity and loop check for the control signals from the field to

the control system.

Function test for steam turbine and condenser auxiliaries.

Test, inspect, calibrate, and install the field instruments like pressure, temperature, and flow

transmitters, also switches, thermocouples and gauges.

Supervise testing and commissioning activities for compressed air system.

Supervise testing and commissioning activities for the substations equipments and systems.

The connection between the Giza north power station and substations through power line

communication panels (ETL640,ETL 680) and fiber optic panels (FOX515, FOX660), ABB System.

The substation automation control system (DS Aglie, alstom system) of 220kv and 500kv GIS

system.

Test and install the PABX (Teletronics type) and telephone system.

Giza north combined cycle (3modules*750MW) power project is one of the biggest power station in Egypt, I do test, install and commissioning for

different subsystems in the project.

Maintenance Training Course for ''Steam Turbine Generator & Condenser and its auxiliaries'' at

Ansaldo Energia, Genoa, Italy.

Training Course for ABB Symphony Harmony Control System including PGP, and composer harmony at

ABB, Genoa, Italy.

Obtaining a training course on "Operation and Maintenance of Combined Cycle Power Plants" for (3)

months (From December, 2010 To Feb, 2011) in Cairo North Power Plant.

• Obtaining a Bectel Course for (3) months (From March, 2011 To May, 2011) in Shobra El-Khima power

plant.
