Conducting screening interviews for applicants along with follow up information given to the applicants, such as interviews and job offers. Main strengths include client relationships and finding candidates, with minimal or no focus on other HR tasks. As a recruiter I specialize in permanent, full-time, direct-hire positions or contract positions. Further responsibilities include filling temporary staffing for clients filling client’s employment needs. I am responsible for meeting with clients to discuss staffing needs and pricing. Also was responsible for full cycle

recruiting, temp to hire.

Conducts a through in-person interview with potential clients, using the company’s tax application. Provide details to clients concerning appropriate company products and services. Job duties included completing all tax forms in accordance with policies, legislation and regulations. Perform other duties as required. Placed the advertisements for jobs and was the Tax School instructor for 10-15 students. Two types of classes were run, the 14 week course, and the 3 day rapid class. Audits all tax return forms for accuracy and completeness (procedures, followed,errors, client signatures)
