2.2 Procedures:

Suggest any improvement for operation procedure. Participate and review in system

modification and development. Manage and execute the modified operation

procedure approved.

2.3 Health, Safety and Environment

Attend safety, health, environment and accident/incident prevention seminar. Ensure

conformity to operation procedures and participates in plant safety inspection and

provides recommendation to maintain high level of plant operation reliability and

safety. Manage work permit issuance to each requester from different construction

section.

2.4 Coordination

Manage the Coordination of the Boiler, Water, and Steam Turbine/Generator on

various operational activities. Manage proper operation adjustment to ensure

optimum and reliable operation.

2.5 Maintenance shutdown

Manage the unit shutdown and turnaround program with our construction Planning at

system construction and commissioning/operation areas. Review shutdown reports

and equipment conditions as per approved maintenance request. Monitoring work

progress and liaison with appropriate construction personnel and advises accordingly.

2.6 Evaluation of modification proposal

Studies and analyses equipment/units operation, performance and execute in all types

of modification approved. Reviews modification of operation procedure, drawings

and issues comments on such modification and suggest improvement where

necessary.

2.7 Engineering & Project

1) Analyzed of contract document and correspondence including subcontractor

identification of possible trouble area.

2) Execution of all related commissioning/operation activities under Mitsubishi

Heavy Industries Ltd. Head office instruction.

3) Give technical advice to our client for proper operation and maintenance of unit

power plant.

4) Coordinate technical activities between client and Mitsubishi Heavy Industry as

well as consortium partner.

5) Monitoring and witness for equipment testing and inspection at site in a position of

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

6) Attending the meeting with the client and consortium/subcontractor.

7) Daily follow-up of Power Plant operation and maintenance technical submission.

8) Make a daily report to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) office for current

Power Plant status and all problem occurred as well as causes/potential problem

that has given technical advices.

4.1 Mechanical Maintenance

1) Carried out preventive maintenance for the unit boiler, unit steam turbine, gas

turbine as well as its auxiliaries by mains of monitoring its operating hours for there

proper lubrication application, and monitoring rotating equipment bearing vibration to

prevent sudden wear of rotating parts.

2) Carried out corrective maintenance for the unit boiler tube thickness inspection,

boiler steam drum internal inspection, unit steam turbine/generator, and gas

turbine/generator as well as its auxiliary shaft coupling alignment, shaft bearing

inspection, and equipment overhaul.

3) Procedures

Review and carried out boiler, steam turbine/generator, gas turbine/generator and its

auxiliaries manufacturers maintenance procedures.

Suggest any improvement for maintenance procedure to make plant operation reliable.

Participate and review in system modification and development.
