chain-driven engine timing systems, and HY-VO drivetrain chains for front-

wheel drive transmission and transfer case applications.

Key Responsibilities:

o Acting as a Pillar in Strengthening the Application Engineering team

with Optimized CAD solutions.

o Lead supervisor for Designer Team & responsible for mentoring and

Training the team members.

o Responsible for the Design concept for new RFQ chain-timing system drive

and supporting in timely delivery to the customers.

o Understanding the requirements of application & giving suitable

benchmark ideas to the customers for standardize bookshelf products.

o Design of Timing chain drives includes best in class NVH, Friction &

o Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design

for testing the chain load appearing in the Timing chain-drive system

o Checking of engineering drawings and maintaining the Drawing release &

revision history in "TEAMCENTER".

o Assigned with the task of checking the design made by trainees and

approving the same.

Achievement:-

o Took the challenge of optimization in one of the Nissan Engine and

proposed the chain-drive system solution in place of the existing

competitive supplier without changing anything in the engine packaging

and reduced 192 Grams of weight nearly 19.77% of weight reduced from the

existing supplier system, This proposal assures a better optimization

and cost benefit & very much appreciated by the Customer.
