To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to be writing this reference letter at the request of BRITTANY GINES. She has asked me to write this general letter which she may show to any prospective employer who asks her for references.

I had the pleasure of having BRITTANY GINES enrolled in my Nursing Assistant/Medical Technician course for 6 weeks. I am an instructor for Gulfport Community Education, a division of Gulfport School District. I am a Registered Nurse with a critical care background. I have a MSN in Education and am currently a nursing educator for Memorial Hospital Gulfport. I teach on the side to ensure our future nursing aides are proficient in their future endeavors.

BRITTANY GINES has a number of strengths to offer an employer. BRITTANY GINES often exhibited excellent leadership in my class. This attribute will serve BRITTANY GINES well in the position she seeks. BRITTANY GINES asked many questions when presented with something she did not entirely understand. This is something that is truly needed in healthcare to keep patients safe.

The skills BRITTANY GINES obtained in my course provide basic skills to prepare her for the workforce. She gained knowledge in direct patient care skills. She learned to communicate with patients, family members, and health team professionals. In this course we focused on becoming proficient in obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs. BRITTANY GINES learned about HIPPA, JCHAO and many other aspects of healthcare. A brief introduction to medical terminology was given as well.

At the completion of the course BRITTANY GINES was certified in BLS with AED training and first aid through the AHA. I believe this course has prepared BRITTANY GINES for immediate employment in a hospital or clinical setting.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend BRITTANY GINES. Based on BRITTANY GINES’s grades, along with her excellent attendance and class participation, I'd rate BRITTANY GINES’s performance in my class as a highly recommendable candidate to your company. BRITTANY GINES excelled in my course. If her performance in my class is any indication of how she’d perform on the job, BRITTANY GINES will be a positive addition to your company.
