Countries handled : Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam,

Achievements :

Identified new customers in Bangladesh and initiated business.

Substantial increase in business of Kopran's key product 'Atenolol'

in Bangladesh..

Identified and set up Agent in Vietnam and Thailand.

Developed business of Cefalosporin range from almost negligible

sales to approx 30% of market share in Thailand and 20% market share

in Vietnam.

Sales of 'Atenolol' was increased in Thailand by 60%. New customers

were added.

Increased sales in Pakistan, Philippines and Indonesia.

Countries handled : U.A.E, Egypt, Syria and Jordan

Identified and set up a new agent in Egypt. Increased sales of

almost all range of products in this market.

Despite severe Chinese competition, was able to maintain sales into

countries.

Apart from the above, the other responsibilities are:

Handling Third Party Exports.

Follow up for timely execution of export orders, coordinating with

cross-functional departments like production, QC, Finance, Accounts

etc

Follow up with Finance Dept for timely remittance of commission.
