set up one on ones each week with each employee to go over personal goals. We would develop
a plan to achieve those goals and go over what it will take to make it happen.
? Performance Evaluations: By looking at the goals that our client has as a company. I looked at
the annual performance appraisal to review previous accomplishments, capabilities and
established future goals.
