Managed and evaluated inventory consumption on a SKU level (launched and replenishment forecasts).

Reduced inventory levels by 50% through extensive report reorganization and process flow revamping

while always maintaining and ensuring the fulfillment of customer orders.

overseas vendors to ensure timely shipments.
