General Construction. I hold a Black Seal License in Low Pressure Boilers and an Electrical Apprentice

Qualifications

My work experiences consist of plastering, sheet rocking, taping, painting, carpentry - both rough and finish,

metal framing, electrical, plumbing, stucco and concrete finishing. I have installed acoustic ceilings; wood,

ceramic, marble and vinyl tile flooring. Leadership responsibilities include supervise, train and assign work to

multiple employees. Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities; managing of inventory and supplies;

leading property inspections including building and alarm systems; and inputting all necessary communication

data into a database.
