Federal Government Enterprise Project Manager (2009-2014)

As an Enterprise Project Manager I provided direct support and assistance

to the Federal Government Sales Team by conducting site surveys and

preparing Statement of Work for customer's approval. I reviewed all sales

orders to ensure the quote was correct for the customer's needs to ensure

the project was delivered on time and within budget. If hardware or

software was missing from the sales quote I informed the sales

representative to correct it and inform the customer of any corrections.

Supporting the Federal Sales Team in the beginning stages of the order

Pitney Bowes was able to complete the projects early or onetime.

. I assigned technical resources to install mailing software and

hardware which is connected to the Pitney Bowes secure hosted server

and train the customer on all aspects of the project.

District Technical Sales Consultant Federal Government (2006 - 2009)

As a District Technical Sales Consultant I work directly with the Federal

Government Sales Team making sales calls. I delivered the Statement of

Work (SOW) and the SOW Addendums to the customers. I also ensured that the

proper equipment was sold for the correct application. I explain how to

integrate Pitney Bowes software and hardware with customer's current

software to the assigned installer.

1994 - 2006 Domino Amjet Inc Gurnee, IL

Senior Field Service Engineer (2005 - 2006)

As a Senior Field Service Engineer my main focus was on the install,

service, training and repair of all Domino Amjet Commercial Printing

products. I also acted as a mentor to the new employees. When needed, I

could be counted on to fill in as a Project Manager on special projects or

projects that are experiencing major issues.

Project Manager (2000 - 2005)

As a Project Manager I reported to the Director of Service but worked

directly with the Sales Team in all regions in the US and parts of Canada.

I accompanied the sales team on sales calls to provide any technical

support if required, reviewed all sales quotes for accuracy and helping in

any capacity to obtain the purchase order. Once the sale was approved I was

responsible for ensuring that the project was completed on budget, on

schedule, and to the customer's satisfaction. I used the historical

information and lessons learned from the previous projects always applying

them to reduce install time and lower project budget to increase profit on

each project completed.

Field Operations Engineer (1997 - 2000)

As a Field Operations Engineer I was responsible for handling all installs,

service, and the daily scheduling of five technicians for the eastern

region. My duties required me to work closely with the sales team

frequently accompanying them to conduct site surveys prior to quotation to

grade the application difficulty.

parts list prior to shipping.

Field Service Engineer (1994 - 1997)

As a Field Service Engineer I integrated into customer specific automation

systems, repaired, and maintained single jet and multi-jet inkjet printers

covering USA and Canada. I also conducted several levels of training

operator, technician, and master technician either at the customer's

location or at the factory training facility. The position required a

complete knowledge of how the various printers worked and how to integrate

into customer automation systems utilizing the various inputs and outputs

associated with the printers or controllers.

As a Cable Technician I installed, repaired, and serviced cable television

to customers in the tri-county area. I also performed advanced diagnostics

to locate underground cable and isolated signal leakage.

Interior Communications Technician IC2/SS

As an Interior Communications Tech I served on both ballistic and fast

attack submarines performing the specific duties assigned.

I maintained and repaired the Central Atmosphere Monitoring System

which was used to control the atmosphere while underway.

. I was responsible for the proper operation of the navigational lights.

I performed preventative maintenance and repaired the gyro compass,

boat announcing systems, interior phones and calibration of electrical

equipment.
