modification process. The current release of DWS is designed to manage the

volume of loans eligible for the Home Affordable Modification Program by

streamlining the Process for the Default Securitized portfolio. The

Modification Portal (also referred to as Pega) is a tool that automates the

process for receiving, managing, tracking and responding to incoming loan

modification requests. The tool simplifies the processing of modifications

As part of DOC Management project, CHASE sends different letters for the

loan plans and matching criteria's as per the government rules. Letters

include Approval letters, solicitation letters, welcome letters, Denial

letters, missing letter, Plan break letter, Opt out letter etc. These

letters are triggered from different applications such as Agent Desktop,

MSP, Optimizer, DWS, and Lender Live (LLN), Info Source etc. These

letters are been generated by an outside vendor based on the information

sent by the CHASE application. These letters are finally sent to the

the GCG-International Eclipse/EBS solution. Along with significant system

improving speed to market. Basically, R-USA is the name of the entire

program under which Citi has an ambitious plan to make a Global Banking
