Senior Programmer Analyst/Production Support Analyst for all mainframe systems. Developed and

Implemented nightly batch processing cycles, including extensive performance tuning of those jobs.

Coordinated the efforts of four other developers in resolving production problems and enhancing the

loan systems as required. Provided on-going training for new developers on the loan systems.

Technical lead in the development effort to expand the loan systems processing for new variable rate

loan products. Responsibilities included technical design, code development, coordination of unit and

User Acceptance testing. This included enhancing the systems to generate GL activity at a deeper

detail than was previously done. The conversion process required program development to move GL

balances between loan types on the Loan systems. Directed a team of five mainframe developers and

coordinated with the GL development team. Responsibilities included design, development, unit and

User Acceptance testing and system conversion and project implementation.

Lead Developer for data warehouse efforts related to customer and loan system information. This

included the development of a mainframe extract process and a MS SQL load process for the data

warehouse and downstream data marts.

Lead Developer for the Commercial Loan Conversion team for the Jackson Purchase merger, Ohio

association’s merger and the Baltimore district conversion.

Developer for the Commercial Loan system installation at Agfirst. Converted the existing in-house

short term credit system to the Fidelity CL system (release 6.1). Converted the short term equity

system to a new Miscellaneous Information File. Lead developer for new JCL jobs on a MVS system.

Developer on the Real Estate Loan System Conversion for Agfirst. Converted in-house long term

equity system to a new Miscellaneous Information File. Designed and implemented many of the daily

jcl jobs on the DOS/VSE system.
