As a college senior with a quantitive amount of job experience dealing with

kids, I am applying for the teachers aide position.

Growing up I've seen the need for more people to give back to the next

generation. Since the age of 14 I've been working with kids of all

different ages ranging from 4-16. With each child it was a different

experience. None have been unpleasant and all have been learning. I've

encountered some heart-wrenching stories as well as some eye-openers.

However I've never felt that this wasn't my calling. In the future I aspire

to be a juvenile probation officer. I was recommended to apply by an

employee of yours who knew I would be a great fit for the team.
