Description : The purpose of this project was to add an

additional feature in the existing portal used in the Westpac by the

managers. There are certain positions within the Bank, which are

Increased Risk Role positions according to the Banking ethics.

Initially while creating the hiring or transferring details for an

employee, mangers had to choose manually whether the employee has been

hired or transferred to an Increased Risk Role position or not. This

additional feature ensures that Increased Risk role flag is set

accordingly whenever an employee is hired or transferred to a new

position.

Description : This is a standalone web application for the bank

to differentiate between its new Commercial and Retail Customers. This

application presents a series of Intelligent Questionnaire to the

staff which is answered based on the crude data provided by the

customer such as number of people in the organization, its affiliation

or its conglomeration with others. With this Questionnaire

recommendation the identification process is refined using

unstructured information and the customer can be directed to the

respective authentication screen.
