Project1: (Implementation)

Client: Dabur India Duration: October 2013 – Till Date

Dabur India Limited is the fourth largest FMCG Company in India. It is a leading

consumer good company with interest in health care, cosmetics and food industry. It has

implemented centralized SAP ERP system to reach the distributor and stockiest for

capturing secondary sales data.

Developed technical specifications based on the functional specifications to ensure

the correct development of the solution to satisfy the business need.

Worked with SAP R/3 Logistics (LO) in loading Sales and Distribution data,

Material Management into BI.

Extensively involved in setting up of procedures for extraction data from SAP r/3

source system by using Generic Extractions & Customizing LO Cockpit. Defining

Extract Structure, Transfer Structure, replicating Data source, Mapping

Transformations, customized Info cube.

Used both initializations with Delta Update and Full Update methods depending on

the business requirement.

Role & Responsibilities:

Worked on tickets based on priority.

Day to day management of Info objects (DSO, Multi providers, Info cubes, Info

objects).

Involved in deletion of PSA, change log table, compression of the cube, deletion of

unused bookmarks, process chain log deletion in order to improve system

performance.

Used open hub to export data from BI to External systems (flat file, table, 3rd party

tool).

Created Info packages and DTP; scheduled them in order to load Master and

Transactional data from SAP R/3 as well as flat file source system into BI.

Monitoring and scheduling the process chain according to the customer requirement

using the transaction SM37.

Designed various bex Reports using bex analyzer based on Formulas, Selections,
