Managed and provided maintenance for 4 rental

properties, and a large house .

From the electrical,plumbing,carpentry,painting,wiring,

counters and floor.

Recently remodel a cottage in Middletown, R.I. which I now

rent out weekly and monthly

rentals in the summer months only.

Structural steel fabricating, started as a fabricator, became

a foreman of 30 workers

over seeing the work performance, from cut off line to the

drilling on the line to the final

inspection on beams.

Built the Providence Place Mall, and MIT.

Took a leave of absence to care for my MOM and DAD who were

diagnosed with Cancer.
