Job Description: Worked as a cell leader of the export replacement valve manufacturing cell.

The main roles are to supervise production and quality of the cell.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the daily production with effective man power management.

Maintain the targeted quality level with regular SPC practice in the production cell and to ensure 5S in shop floor.

Successfully participate in new product development, making kaizens in the production cell, re-designing the

production cell layout working with the workmen and my superiors.
