Key Skills

Communication Skills - I find that listening is one of the core values that must be attained before

an individual can use communication skills in a presentable manner. One must withhold appropriate

eye contact and use polite language towards patrons, which is a trait that family and friends usually

praise myself on applying.

Time Management - The most proficient way to manage time throughout the day is to plan a set of

goals accordingly. After placing a collection of tasks into a list, some form of a priority mechanic is

needed. Personally I use the Moscow method to help compile tasks into sections of importance.

Goal Orientation - Within a working environment, or on a day to day basis, it is promising to regard

ones primary aims and set out a collection of goals. I find that using such techniques helps improvmy

overall focus and motivation.

Work Ethic - Work ethic is a belief into the moral benefit of work and the ability for such to enhance

ones character. My personal work ethic consists of reliability, as I consistently feel that I should do

my part within a team.

Willingness to Learn - One of the core reasons I studied at University was for the desire of knowl-

edge. I have a high autonomy and wish to further educate myself within customer service.
