• Cross-sectional field study of the adverse health effects associated with close proximity to hydraulic

fracturing sites

• Proximity to sites were categorized into proximity ranges and prevalence of various symptoms were

assessed

• Used chi square ( 2) test to determine association between proximity to fracturing site and health

conditions

Undergraduate Honors Research: Department of Microbiology, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy 2011-2012

• Collaborated with Boston Childrens Hospital in testing a newly modified lab approach

• Laboratory and theoretical study of aseptic technique to determine growth of microbes on lipid

emulsions

• > 100 samples were assessed to determine growth of a common staphylococcus during emulsion

development

• Assisted pharmacy lab with compounding, pipetting, and helped perform quality-assurance functions

Worked full time during the summer months as a GS-04 EMT, protecting families and expert

Spent five weeks as a medical professional volunteer working at Mount Meru district hospital. Worked full time
