As a key contributor and strategic partner of the Corporate Executive and Regional Senior Management Team my current responsibilities include:

Support the east coast and canadian work force currently encompassing 580 employees

Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll and all manual checks via Ceridian payroll system.

Direct management in the performance review process including evaluation of the company's compensation structure for internal and external equitability.

Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues to ensure all corporation and departmental communication and actions support company's culture.
