Having Hon's degree in Chemistry. Also completed B.Tech in Food Technology

and Biochemical Engineering from Jadavpur University in 1984 and M.Tech in

Dairy and Food Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 1986.

One paper was published on M.Tech project work 'Factors affecting

homogenization efficiency of recombined milk' from Germany.

Working as Quality Assurance Manager in Soft drink Industry which is a

franchise of a multinational Company.

Thorough knowledge of water treatment both Chemical and R.O. system.

Having Knowledge in process in totality and System Implementation.

Having exposure in Boiler, Chilling Plant, Cooling Tower and Air

Compressor.

Having working knowledge in Computer.

Job Responsibilities

. Overall responsible for implementing and reviewing Food Safety and

Quality Management System.

. To train all the associated related to production as well as related to

product handling and System Implementation.

. To monitor daily testing activity of incoming material, Product

including microbiology.

. To maintain TPM (Total Product Management) system.

. To review daily activity of people related to production.

. To make production planning consulting with Managing Director.

. To implement systems like ISO-14001, ISO-9000,ISO-22000 TS,FSSC

. Responsible for implementation of consumer response program. Support

consumer response department in handling concerns related to product

integrity.

. To review the efficiency of plant performance.

. To review the SPC of process parameters..

. To develop quality assurance programme to ensure product integrity.

. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the GMP/GHK norms at the

depots and plant.

. To monitor the IPQP

. To obtain the FSSAI licenses and ensure compliance of laws and

regulations.

. To implement system to reduce cost of production.

. Responsible for maintenance of records and retention samples, in

accordance with Company and regulatory requirements.
