Title : Tourism License Phase II, E-Services

Description:

Tourism License Phase II E-Services is one of the project to

provide licenses to run the tourism business in Oman, Muscat. This

project is developed to get the license by applying online. Ministry Of

Tourism offering different services to run the tourism business in Oman.

The business user need not come to the ministry office to apply license.

Before developed the online system, total tourism business people are

getting their licenses from the ministry of tourism through papers. Now

business user can pay his tourism fees through online. In this system

there are different modules like Construction group, Operational group,

Guide License group, Music group and Other services. Before starting to

apply for any service related to tourism, user has to register. To

register user have to use his residence card for Omanis or labor card for

expats.

Construction Group: - The investor who wishes to start and operate any

tourism related business in Sultanate of Oman has to get license from

Ministry of Tourism. There are certain businesses like hotels and hotel

apartments, which involve construction of building, have to get approval

for construction also. The first step in getting approval for

construction is the submission of an application for the initial

approval. The investor can apply for an initial approval to construct a

building by submitting the relevant details of the type of project

(tourist and accommodation), the location of the building, the details of

the building like number of floors etc. The owner will also have to

submit the documents supporting his identity as requested by the

ministry. After got the primary approval number, user has to upload

certain predefined documents to approve by Ministry of Tourism. After

this step user again has upload the construction request Map to review by

Ministry.

Operational Group: - The investor will submit application for operational

license for starting and running the tourism related business operations.

The activities that are not required construction will be initiated, at

the same time the activities that require construction will be continuing

from this module. In this modules user can have different services like,

application registration, apply for license, license renewal, extension

or cancellation of primary approval, license cancellation, license

activation / deactivation, user can give the administrative license

privileges to another user, license modification, apply for license

transfer, license transfer, NOC form and permit form for festival

license.

Guide License Group: - Omani nationals and expatriates can apply for

guide license by registering themselves with MOT e-Services. If the

guide wishes to work with a company which is having a tourism license

then supporting documents from the authorized person of the company

should be attached while applying. In this guide has to apply along with

his qualifications and experience documents. Here user can select his

languages and he can cancel the Guide license also through this module.

Music Group: - The investor can bring music group from abroad to conduct

a program in Oman provided that the investor's license should include

with music group activity. This activity usually done by hotels and some

of the associations. In this module user can give the music group

details, can add the music group members and he can replace the group

members. In this service user can cancel or renewal the music group,

music group transfer and music group exit.

Other Services: - In this module user can pay the tax payment through

online. User can able to complain against any company also. In this

section user can see his history of transactions, completed application

and rejected applications also. User can pay multiple payments according

applied services.

Description:

Export Credit Guarantee Agency S.A.O.C. (ECGA) main aim is to

promote the growth of Omani non-oil exports by providing export credit

insurance to exporters. The primary objective is to minimize the risk and

maximize the opportunities of exporters in selling goods overseas. In

this project there are different modules like generate reports for

exports and domestic, declaration forms for exports and domestic. In this

system user can able to his previous declarations.

Declarations: - In this module exporter can declare the form for export

and domestic also. Every month investor can declare a form. If he is not

declared a form for the last month, he cannot able to declare the current

month declaration. User can select multiple companies in his declaration.

Once he submitted the declaration a mail will sent to specified mail id.

Invoice generation: - In this module investor can generate the invoices

for export and domestic also. User can able see his previous invoice

numbers and he can able to print.

Export Buyers list:- In this module user can able to see the list of

active buyers list for export and domestic also. User can able to modify

his password by using this system.

Description:

Online Examination System is belongs to Royal Court of Affairs,

Muscat. The system has developed to select the candidates for

government sector. By this system the logged in user can set the

interviewer, select the questions, close the test and get the reports for

selected candidates.

Evaluation and Selection: - Evaluation and Selection deals with importing

the data belongs to the advertisement for a job. In this section user can

able to see the statistics of the advertisement, post adjustment,

grouping, SMS alert to the applicant for the written examination and new

appointment.

Test Preparation Center:-Test preparation center deals with preparing the

test, prepare the questions and view the results. In this section user

can add the new candidate at run time, user can prepare the questions,

create a test, close the test. Here user can view the results, view the

interview results and candidate status also. In this section user can

upload the questions as excel sheet.

Interview: -Interview section totally deals with interview details. In

this section user can able to see the bypass the written examination,

create and update the interview master, create and update the criteria

master. And logged in user can able to see interview for a job, assign

the interviewer and close the interview. Here user can able to prepare

the report, job wise interview.

Reports:- Reports section used to create the reports. User can create the

reports in PDF, Word and Excel formats. Logged user can able to create

the reports for written exam, interview reports and interview final

reports.

retaining the cost-cutting consumer focused service. BillShrink allows

merchants to target offers to pre-selected consumer profiles.

Wireless Service: A user can give his current carrier and current usage,

billshrink can scan number data points and give the best plan. Based on

that user can save his money. If billshrink find a best deal, user can

receive a mail.

Television Service: A user can give his address or zip code and his

monthly expenses on cable TV, billshrink can scan number data points and

give the best plan in that user's area. Billshrink can also the channels

list. Based on that user can select best cable network in his area. If

billshrink find a best deal, user can receive a mail.

Gas Stations: Based on users home address and his vehicle manufacturer,

billshrink can give best and nearest gas station from users address.

COP Tool: COP tool is used to upload bulk data into the billshrink

database. This tool is used for upload statement rewards belongs to

different banks. By using this tool, billshrink can approve offers,

decline offers and discontinue the offers. Form this tool, we can convert

the data from csv files into database.

XNET application deals with the new introduction of vehicle design,

modifying the design and description of the existing vehicles design

using the Design Note. In this application user is allowed to search the

design details using parts, design note. All the design details can be

viewed by the user using Tree Structure hierarchy. This application is

developed using SAJ framework which is the framework developed for

RENAULT. This application can be used by RENAULT suppliers as well.

Xnet has different modules. They are

Parts: A user can consult the parts, which he can access, according to

the filter, which he would have selected. Based on the filter user can

search the Part details. The user can consult the part description,

Revision level description and Alternative description.

BOM (Bill of Materials): A user can consult the BOM, which is accessible

to him as per the selected filter. The user can search the family

function and user can set the parameters for BOM Tree structure. The user

can consult the BOM Tree structure, description of family function,

variant, solution and solution item.

Design note:

The search is enhanced by "Filter" criterion, indispensable for the

dynamic management of confidentiality. A user can consult the design

notes, which he can access, according to the filter, which he has

selected.
