Responsibilities:

Handling full life cycle of Recruitment from taking requirement, sourcing profile, screening and

short listing the profiles, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, closure of position till billing of

the candidate

Responsible for timely responses to client enquiries

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients at all levels

Managing Monthly MIS for the Monthly footfall & conversions

Closely follow up with candidates and clients on regular basis.

Requirement Analysis:

Understanding the client requirement to source the exact profile

Sourcing:

Developed and implemented numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, position

postings, direct sourcing and networking to develop qualified pool of candidates.

Use different innovative methods or data base to source the right candidate according to their Job

specifications.

Used job portals like Monster, Naukri and LinkedIn to successfully get reference.

Screening & Short listing:

Screening & Short listing the sourced profiles according to the specification of client to provide best

quality resumes to client.

Screening and interviewing the candidates to match with the client’s requirements accurately

Ensure resumes of the short listed candidates are presented to clients in structured formats

Scheduling Interview:

Conducting Face to Face or Telephonic interviews of short listed candidates and coordinate with

technical panel.

Follow-up on status of CVs with client's hiring Manager. Interaction with my Recruitment Manager

on daily basis to seek feedback on quality of CVs sourced.

Interaction with the HR Manager to understand his expectations and any issues with on-boarding of

candidates.

Follow up and negotiation with candidates on the run up to his/her joining
