Description :

Tracker is a computer software package that manages and maintains

lists of issues, as needed by an organization. An issue tracking system

often also contains a knowledge base containing information on each

customer, resolutions to common problems, and other such data. This

application contains some modules, they are Service, Admin, Settings and

Suggestion. Software Tracker's GUI not only makes it easy to enter

information, but also makes it easy to print reports on Database catalog.

2. Project : Hospital Management System (HMS)

Description :

HMS is Web application software for Patients and Hospital Staffs also.

This project has been categorized under 6 modules. They are OP Module, IP

Module, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Reports and System Admin. IP and OP Module

cover Charges, Billing and up to Discharges. Lab Module covers all the Test

and Invoice for IP and OP. Pharmacy Module covers all the Transaction like

Sales and Purchase. System admin Module give the security to all modules.

It prevents the invalid transaction from unauthorized. Each and every

module has separate Reports for date wise and shift wise.

Service Module is a software package that manages sales and
