as a $35mm GP co invest facility. Responsible for the underwriting, modeling and investment committee presentation on a

complex loan and co invest facility

• Involved in the initial underwriting and fundraising process for $2.0bn United States Real Estate Opportunities fund

• Analyzed and underwrote the GS balance sheet investment in a 20% ownership stake in Greystar Real Estate Partners, a
