Network Sniffer and ARP Deception

Implemented in C++ under LAN to simulate ARP deception including session hijacking

and IP deception. Extracted valid data segment from received packet header, forged IP

header, encapsulated packets and did following communication with sender .

Modern Classical Algorithm Encryption Practice

Implemented a software with GUI in C# that integrated modern classical encryption

algorithms, providing encrypt and decrypt function to text and files, as well as two -way

communication.

Link State Routing Simulator

Developed a simulator in C# to implement Link State Routing Protocol, which

created the state o f the links b y each router and found the shortest path between

user input source and destination using Dijkstra’s algorithm.

Advanced Database Development

manager of database and integrate a disk-based B+ -tree index structure within database

aggregate feature s’ data. Analyzed how users’ characters were influenced in their

Facebook features based on principle of statistics . Computed predicting accuracy based

on t-distribution test in M atLab.

Research of Users’ Browsing Behavior Prediction Facing to WEB

Implemented the model of user browsing behavior prediction in C#, based on Web Usage

Mining technique and hierarchical framework, as well as Markov method and Bayesian

theorem. Experimented on NASA_Jul log file, achieved prediction hit -ratio of 42% and

65% for small and large test data.

FusionFS: Exploring Data Compression in Distributed File Systems

Programed in C language and Linux environment, i mplemented a transparency

compression layer, which was integra ted with a modified zlib method for the FusionFS,

and achieved an improvement in the system data processing throughput.
