PROJECTS

Design of Grid - Connected Photovoltaic Inverter Control Module

Conducted the design of control module of grid connected photovoltaic system. The controller was

implemented using dsPIC30f using MPLAB tool. The use of renewable resource makes the project

highly effective.

Comparison between Jpeg and Jpeg2000

JPEG and JPEG 2000 being two major compression standards, an image was compressed

using both JPEG and JPEG 2000 and compression ratios were compared.

Vehicle Automation System

Objective of the project was to design and implement an automatic system to operate the

doors or gates of garage, residences etc. Accordingly a transmitter-sensor system was

designed successfully.

SEMINAR

Mobile Positioning System:Basic wireless communication used for mobiles was presented.

Described on how a mobile and thereby its user can be positioned. Important terms and advantages of

mobile positioning were discussed.
