Description: The aim of my project is to design Connecting Rod using Pro/E& analyse different loads are acting on Connecting Rod using ANSYS.

MAIN PROJECT:

Name: Material handling robot for multi stations.

Description:Robot follows microcontroller instructions to pick and place a part from one place to another place. Our project consists of microcontroller, battery, IR sensors, driver circuit, motors, switch control, pinion etc. Here DC motors acts as a robot arm for rotating, picking and placing the material from different stations and placing the material at different stations. We use 8051 microcontroller to control the dc motors through the driver circuit by the external switch control. The IR transmitter is placed on the robot arm. The IR receivers are placed at different stations to transmits the infrared,d signal continuously. Whenever the robot arm reaches the station, the IR receiver senses the IR transmitted signal and according to the microcontroller signal it can place or pick the material.
