routers, special processes, FPA documents & review of current or similar

part processes.

. Assisted supply vendors with the interpreting of print notes and specs,

and tribal knowledge, help forward any suggested print changes to design

engineering for their evaluation and disposition and conducts Internal

Audits.

. Travel to vendor for technical review, reviewing their processes,

documentation and work with them to get their manufacturing processes

approved to our R-R specs & methods based on lean manufacturing wherever

possible.

. Prepared, reviewed and monitored LAIR reports, then compare them to the

vendor's First Article Inspection reports submitted to Rolls-Royce for

approval so that they can proceed with the startup and run of component
