Foundation of Parenting: Focus Development III

• (GED 209) course address the many and complex issues around the role and impact of parents.

• Family life was explored, with an emphasis on how parenting styles and beliefs impact the dynamic among family members.

• Special issues that influence parenting were discussed, including culture, single parenting, working parenting, and parenting a child with special needs.

A Part-time Employee with no more than 3 to 4 hours work per day, 3 days a week.

• Interface with the teachers in the classroom environment of children ages six month old- 3 years old, writing and implementation of lesson plans; give clear directions to Assistant Teachers and Educational Director for the program.

• Provide consultation to the CEO and Administration of the program for future educational needs, assessments and development of the program.

• Interfaced with children ages 3-15 at the center in the morning hours and then later in the afternoon hours with the students ages 6-15.
