writing user manuals, tracking bugs, software support, and installing software.

TOS was installed at New Jersey Transit, Metro-Dade Transit (Miami, Florida), SORTA (Cincinnati,

Ohio), COTA (Columbus, Ohio), Pierce Transit (Tacoma Washington), HSR (Hamilton, Ontario),

and GO Transit (Toronto, Ontario)

HACKING HEALTH PROJECTS

Diabetic Vital Signs Tracking App

I attended Hacking Health Toronto at Mars in November 2013. My Baby and Me

Was designed by St. Michael's Hospital to help woman learn about their pregnancy.

They can keep track of their appointments and learn what to expect along the way. This

app can also help link them with information and resources to help them stay healthy.

My app replaces the page based method of tracking a patient’s blood glucose levels,

blood pressure, and medication to help a doctor manage their patient’s condition. Vital

signs are recorded by a patient’s Samsung gear watch and will be downloaded for use

by the patient’s doctor.

My app will serve the same function as My Baby and Me for a diabetic person.
