Role: Rental Agent, 2011 - 2014

As a Rental Agent I serviced their client base and promoted their service, amenities and new

lifestyle options. My duties included:

applications and correspondence.

As program director I was responsible for enrolling new clients, which meant motivating them to

make that first step in changing their life. Through my constant coaching and follow up I kept

clients focused and happy. My duties included:

•Conversed with clients who have lost their way and potential clients who didn't get started.

•Lead sales training through conference calls which included six different centres in Western

Canada.

•Conducted marketing events and open houses which always increased revenue.

•Handled customer service issues, both good and bad I had no trouble calming any situation

down and coming up with a suitable resolution.

•Followed up with potential clients who didn't buy from other staff and conduct a customer

service survey in order to get that person back in centre as well as to know where staff

needed more training.

Role: Centre Director, 2003 - 2008

As Centre Director I was responsible for making sure all aspects of the business were ran

effectively and on budget. I empowered staff to be confident in everything they did by holding

weekly one on one focus meetings and keeping notes on each staff in order to prepare "feedback"

on their previous weeks' performance and to let them express any questions or concerns. My

duties included:

•Managed two locations in Calgary. (Both locations grew considerably while I was there).

•Traveled to attend corporate seminars, trained on new policies and procedures then brought

back in centre to train staff.

•Scheduled staff.

•Prepared monthly sales reports as well as any incident, communication and disciplinary

reports.

•Coached, motivated and communicated with the team in order for them to be successful.

•Set up daily, weekly sales goals and targets and tried to always be positive by turning little

achievements into a “big deal" which only bettered the team as a whole.
