Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
• Performed daily material balance for the Crude Distillation Unit, Vacuum Distillation
units and Gas plant.
• Assisted my supervisor in the day to day physical monitoring of plant equipment’s to
ascertain its working condition, taking note the constraints and reporting to
maintenance for necessary actions.
• Assisted in the writing of both A.M and P.M report for the management.
• Carried out a daily tank feed profile to determine the rate of consumption and amount
of feed received (material balance) and the availability of feed.
• Updated the monitoring sheet for the Crude Distillation Unit daily.
