While working for the Document Exploitation division of Defense
Intelligence Agency, I was the chief technical officer, computer
programmer, hardware and software specialist, and was responsible for
supervising a group of four technicians and computer specialist. I was also
the chief of Information Technology for the Document Exploitation division
at Department of Defense operations worldwide. I was the lead technical
expert overseeing the implementation of an important document exploitation
center in support US Army Afghanistan. I stood up three separate LANs and
installed Web based database products, configured disparate operating
systems, devices, and peripherals to work together in accomplishment of the
mission--this with little or no prior notice. Worked under pressure to
solve critical performance and integration problems to assure that
documents were made available worldwide to prevent terrorist attacks. Some
of the principal duties that I was performed were:
