are covering product development, marketing, sales and customer relationship. I am personally managing customers

in Europe, Israel, Russia and Singapore. I introduce to customers a very large portfolio including Lithography, CMP,

packaging, CIS and MicroFluidics.

Qimonda Richmond was an advanced Semiconductor Memory Factory with 2 lines of production (200 and 300mm).

I have been responsible of the CMP process and equipment Team (up to 70 reports) for both Fabs. For 6 months, I

also managed the Manufacturing Team (Additional 40 people).

Managed on time ramp up of the 300mm Fab with excellent quality despite a low headcount situation.

Altis Sc is an 200mm logic foundry which was owned by IBM & Infineon. I was responsible for the Lithography

Engineering Team, managing day to day production support, Technology transfer and new tool and product

introduction.

Improved monitoring scheme and reduced the defect density.

Successfully reduced the maintenance contract cost with an improved coverage.

Managed to obtain 2 different tools for evaluation at benchmark conditions (ArF tool & Macro defect inspection).

process. My responsibilities included production support, new process introduction and supplier relationship.

Promoted as Team Leader after only 6 months.

Introduced First 193nm tool in production and tested advanced processes.

Developed excellent relationship with suppliers leading to several price reduction opportunities.

1997-2000 – R&D Engineer @ ENSMP/Snecma, France

PhD project on «Behavior of an Epoxy Adhesive at Elevated Temperatures» for the Aerospace industry. Evaluation

methods included mechanical tests (torsion, creep, fatigue and chemical analysis.
