After completing MBA from Symbiosis Bangalore in 2011, I was recruited as
Management Trainee through campus placement in Artha Property (Bennett
Coleman Company Group) and subsequently was promoted to Deputy Manager. My
responsibilities primarily included Marketing and Operations. After 3 years
of working for Artha, I moved to Dubai and did certification in RERA (Real
estate Regulatory Agency) from Dubai Real Estate Institute which is
mandatory requirement for real estate in Dubai. I joined Sherwoods (SIP
Properties) in Dubai as Property Consultant. In the meantime I also did
Digital Marketing course in Bangalore. I am a good team player and have

300 acres of land and 3,500 crore of projects for development.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Used Talisma software to answer queries of the customer queries and
new enquires
2. Raised tickets with the concerned teams for getting the required
information
3. Closed tickets as fast as possible.
4. Would direct concerned team to answer customer queries if applicable
