Aim, Career profile & Objective:

An Engineering graduate who is keen to find a key position at a reputable

organization. Reliable, trustworthy, numerate and meticulous. Able to work on own

initiative or as part of a team and with some experience can deal with

administrative, managerial and technical duties competently.

I completed Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from NUST, where I was privileged

to be a student of top-most engineering university of Pakistan. Had internships

at SIEMENS, Pakistan and Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) during my engineering study.

I started off my professional career in 2006 as Trainee Engineer at Pakistan

International Container Terminal (PICT) which is a modern container terminal

operating at berths 6-9, East Wharf, Karachi Port.

After successful completion of my trainee period, I was deployed at Rubber Tyre

Gantries (RTG's) and Mobile Equipments (RS, MHC) as Maintenance Engineer where I

was part of Mechanical maintenance team. During this period I had rigorous

experience of carrying out routine preventive maintenance activities, executing

hard core maintenance jobs such as overhauling of engines, refurbishment of MHC

crane and Installation of Reach Stacker (RS) twist locks. My experience included

a great deal of people management and interaction as well as resource management

skills.

My second appointment at Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT) was as

Maintenance Planning Engineer where I was assigned key responsibility of

planning, monitoring and coordinating all maintenance activities carried out at

Terminal. For this matter, I was a part of team that successfully implemented

MAINSAVER - a software that provides end-to-end CMMS solutions within an

integrated Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) framework.

To blend my Technical/Planning experience with business and sales skills, I

decided to work with EGAS Pvt. Ltd., where I was offered a handsome package for a

position of Technical Manager Sales - North. During my stay at EGAS Pvt. Ltd., I

played a vital role in redesigning sales policy, restructuring sales department,

recruiting and managing sales representatives and establishing various local

offices. It also provided me a chance to work in close quarters with people

associated with the Market and business lines.

In thirst of International exposure, I joined in DAR ENGINEERING, KSA in February

2009 as Lead Engineer, QA/QC. This position gives me a great opportunity of

working closely with Executive/Top Management/B.O.D and provides me an ideal

exposure of interacting with big firms and corporations that operates within and

outside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

My career objective is to become a distinguished professional retaining

engineering as my core competence blended with strong managerial and business

Manager (G.M) in capacity of Management Representative (M.R) at DAR ENGINEERING,

Management Representative (M.R):

Ensure processes needed for Quality Management System (QMS) are established,

implemented and maintained.

Report to Management on performance of Quality Management System (QMS) and any

need for improvement.

Ensure promotion of Customer requirements throughout the organization.

Liaison with the certifying body and other external parties on matters relating

to Quality Management System (QMS).
