Management:
Oversee Accounting department - Manage day to day accounting functions

Financial:
Assist CFO, CEO and COO - Manage daily, weekly, monthly and annually cash
flow and cash projection with PNC/M&T accounts.
Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Maintain and record fix assets/depreciation schedule to CPA.
Prepare month end closings, billings, budgets, WIP and Financial
Statements.
Operation improvement:
Re-define and develop standards operating procedure for accounting
department.
Implement and convert AP invoices process through electronic image
document.
Re-define and set up payroll process with internal control.
Proper review and ensure payrolls are processed accordingly and comply with
Federal wage scale.
Internal Control:
