Manager of IBM's Incentives & Sales Model systems including Field

is the largest financial system in IBM.

Led a staff of 15 global team members including direct personnel management

responsibilities.

Developed and deployed the ISMT portfolio of reports and small tools by

utilizing Agile and Organizational Change Management methodologies.

Coordinated and managed the organization's budget of $4.5 million.

Initiated the deployment of cube technology implementing Cognos Transformer

to the Analytics portfolio. Leveraged the functionality of cubes to

produce results which were greatly received by the client.

Project Manager, Incentives & Commissions Systems Feb. 2007 to

Feb. 2011

Project Manager implementing Analytics and reporting functionality to the

Field Management System which pays commissions to over 40,000 Sellers in

IBM World Wide.

Converted portfolio of Hyperion reports to Cognos deploying them on a

dedicated Cognos environment. Work included development of new reports,

education, communications and training material. Migrated over 30,000

users to the new environment.

Implemented project management methodologies (Waterfall & PMO) to manage

the project's schedule, risks and change management. Updated executive

management on a weekly basis.

Migrated from a dedicated Cognos environment to the Business Analytics

Center of Competency's shared environment producing savings of several

million dollars.

Named Security Officer of FMS to work on strengthening the access controls

and processes around system security.

Manager, Customer Financing Systems Development Oct. 2000 to

Feb. 2007

Manager and Application Owner of large World Wide Leasing System that is

the backbone for the IBM Global Financing Business.

Co-authored the ELS strategy. Plan involved canceling of the SAP project

with work toward enabling the Enterprise Leasing Suite which used a mixture

of legacy and new systems as the platform for IGF's Customer Financing

business. Strong business case saving over $40 million over the first 5

years.

Release development manager of all ICFS code development. Established

project management processes and procedures to deliver and deploy 2

releases a year by managing schedule, risk and change management.

Responsible for the Operations Initiative budget. A $30 million annual

World Wide budget with the mission of deploying ELS in all IGF's countries.

Leader for the 13 to 20 member staff including personnel management

responsibilies. Tasks included employee hiring, Performance assessments,

Individual Development Plans, Salary plan and Resource actions.

Provided second level support for 11 Countries using the ICFS Portfolio

management module.

Reported progress to the Executive Steering Committee.

Business Area Manager, IBM Global Services August 1998

to October 2000

Utilized PM methods to plan and successfully execute offshore project to

move ICFS development to IBM Global Services, India. Savings of over $2

million per year achieved.

Manager of International Customer Financing System Development staff of up

to 80 developers with a budget of over $6 million.

Responsible for the AD/M services provided to IBM Global Financing's

Leasing and Financing applications.

Led the completion of moving development and production support of

International Remarketing Financing System (IRFS) from a vendor (CFS) to

IGS India.

Manager, ICFS US Support Sept. 1996 to Jan.

1998

Managed staff of 20 people. Responsible for evaluations, salary planning

and execution.

Led the Conversion project team of purchased GE Portfolio assets to ICFS

(team of five developers).

Responsible for the development of the US specific customized programming

work from requirements through deployment and support. Met with customers

over content and status of project delivery.

Met Service Level Agreements regarding system availability,

billing/invoicing commitments to clients and accounting close schedules.

Developer, production support analyst and project lead for various

financial systems including Oil revenue systems, general ledgers, payroll

and leasing systems. Worked on several conversation projects after the

company acquired new entities. Performed consulting work for company's

clients when evaluating new systems. Created $1 million annual savings

business case for payroll conversions.
