is the largest financial system in IBM.
Led a staff of 15 global team members including direct personnel management
responsibilities.
Developed and deployed the ISMT portfolio of reports and small tools by
utilizing Agile and Organizational Change Management methodologies.
Coordinated and managed the organization's budget of $4.5 million.
Initiated the deployment of cube technology implementing Cognos Transformer
to the Analytics portfolio. Leveraged the functionality of cubes to
produce results which were greatly received by the client.

Project Manager implementing Analytics and reporting functionality to the
Field Management System which pays commissions to over 40,000 Sellers in
IBM World Wide.
Converted portfolio of Hyperion reports to Cognos deploying them on a
dedicated Cognos environment. Work included development of new reports,
education, communications and training material. Migrated over 30,000
users to the new environment.
Implemented project management methodologies (Waterfall & PMO) to manage
the project's schedule, risks and change management. Updated executive
management on a weekly basis.
Migrated from a dedicated Cognos environment to the Business Analytics
Center of Competency's shared environment producing savings of several

Manager and Application Owner of large World Wide Leasing System that is
the backbone for the IBM Global Financing Business.
Co-authored the ELS strategy. Plan involved canceling of the SAP project
with work toward enabling the Enterprise Leasing Suite which used a mixture
of legacy and new systems as the platform for IGF's Customer Financing
business. Strong business case saving over $40 million over the first 5
years.
Release development manager of all ICFS code development. Established
project management processes and procedures to deliver and deploy 2
releases a year by managing schedule, risk and change management.
Responsible for the Operations Initiative budget. A $30 million annual
World Wide budget with the mission of deploying ELS in all IGF's countries.
