• Quantity Take-Offs of projects ranging from $25,000 to $15 Million for site work, underground utilities,

concrete, landscaping and irrigation.

• Estimated projects according to codes and specifications of city, county, state, and FDOT.

• Identified the quality of materials and equipment from construction specifications.

• Prepared bid packages and proposals as a prime bidder or subcontractor for private and public owners.
