Qualifications

Hands On Training - Completed the Building Maintenance program at

Schenck Job Corps that includes carpentry, plumbing, painting,

electrical, landscaping and blueprint.

Safety - Demonstrated appropriate use of all safety procedures while

working, including: the proper safety attire (PPE) and the ability to

respond appropriately to emergency situations. Completed the OSHA-10

Training and Fork Lift Course.

Ground Keeping -Able to manage grounds maintenance and make general

repairs on ground keeping equipment as mowers, and weed eaters.

Installed chain link fencing.

Masonry - Experienced with mixing mortar, laying brick, block, and

using measurements.

Electrical - Able to make general electrical repairs and can replace

outlets, switches, light fixtures and basic wiring.

Plumbing - Skilled in basic plumbing maintenance and repairs,

including: cleaning traps; replacing toilet diaphragm; cutting,

preparing and soldering pipes, and installation of PVC.

Roofing- Have experience in roofing and gutter work which included:

. Applied/nailed shingles . Cleaned Gutters

. Applied tar paper . Cleaned job site

Leadership Skills- Able to follow instructions as well as lead a team

when needed. Was building maintenance shop foreman for four months.
