28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, South Dakota -- Vice Wing Commander (2007-2009)

Key leader for USAF’s lead conventional B-1 Bomber wing; comprised of 3.7K military and civilian

personnel with $252M annual budget; $564M capital assets; and 28 aircraft valued at $7B. Oversaw flying

operations, aircraft maintenance, organizational support and logistics. Completed USAF Safety and

603d Air and Space Operations Center, Ramstein Air Base, Germany -- Commander (2004-2007)

Commander, USAF in Europe’s Air and Space Operations Center; led 260 military and civilian personnel;

$7.3M budget, and $150M in capital assets. Oversaw operational planning, aircraft operations, intelligence

collecting and reporting activities. Integrated with NATO to provide theater command and control for three

US Presidential visits to Europe; led AOC deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

29th Training Systems Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida - Commander (2001-2003)

Supervised 255 military and civilian personnel across distributed workforce at nine US geographically

separated units; provided acquisition, modification, acceptance, life-cycle testing, and certification for all

USAF training and simulation devices. Budget and support contracts totaled $45M.
