Whenever there is some Discrepancy (Exception) in the order then a Protocol gets created in Alpha. Order

will get dispensed to the Patient ONLY after resolving all the OPEN Protocols. TMW is an application

which resolves all the OPEN Protocols in an Order. TMW application is categorized into 4 business

specific areas:

PPRSL screen facilitates to resolve all the OPEN protocols. Whenever we need to change the Drug,

ICM screen. Manipulating the drug will be handled by Managed Care screen. Other functionalities of
