Responsible for providing oversight and guidance in manufacturing

operations ensuring manufacturing operations are operating under a state of

GMP compliance. Also coaching manufacturing personnel on proper GMP and SOP

compliance and empower them to identify and escalate quality issues, to

ensure quality product. Manufacturing Quality Engineers work alongside

Production to solve quality issues and ensure the plant is compliant with

Regulatory Agencies. MQEs survey all manufacturing areas with an auditing

mindset while monitoring multiple product lots to prevent any potential

deviations from occurring. Examples of daily checks are utilized on each

line, and examining batch records to prevent documentation errors. If any

deviations are discovered, MQEs assist in the process of recording the

information to prevent reoccurring events.

Responsible for making seeded defects kits that helps with validation on

the production lines and training purposes for production operators. Also

having the ability to write quality technical reports and give effective

oral presentations with familiarity with laboratory systems LIMs, cGMP and
