the largest single US equity offering in history ($20.7 billion)

– Collaborated with the Federal Reserve to devise an exit strategy for its position in Maiden Lane III ($60 billion portfolio of

multi-sector collateralized debt obligations), resulting in full repayment of the Fed’s $24.3 billion senior loan and approximately

$6.6 billion in profits, while maximizing value to AIG shareholders, of which the US Treasury was the largest, at one point

owning 92% of AIG’s common stock
