1/12 to Present Carefree Boat Club

General Manager – Responsible for the following: sales, marketing, and networking for Carefree Boat Clubs of Tampa Bay, including both Largo and Tarpon Springs. Carefree Boat Club, is a national boat club, with 30+ locations. I managed all aspects of personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling. I managed all aspects of member relations, including recruiting, closing, training, and orientation into the boat club and its policies. 11/09- 08/11 Certegy, a Fidelity National Information Services Company

Account Executive, Specialized Business Services Unit: Responsible for developing and implementing new customers for FIS/Certegy specialized business unit for credit card and consumer check services. Developing new contacts, determining appropriate services required pricing, contract negotiation, and scheduling installation.

6/06 – 6/09 Central Payment Corporation

Independent Sales Representative: Developed new accounts via cold calling and networking within the State of Georgia.

Regional Manager: Marketed, recruited, trained new Account Executives as well as all customer-related issues for processing Visa and Master Card credit and debit cards as a registered ISO/MSP of JP Morgan/Chase Bank. Also responsible for all associated equipment leases and purchases as well as installation and download for processing features such as credit, debit, gift card and loyalty card products. Training Manager: Trained new Assistant Loan Officers on computer and delivered sales scripts properly to optimize contact opportunities.

Corporate Training Manager: Reported to the President of all attrition and daily sales figures. Responsible for staffing, recruiting, hiring, reviewing, evaluating all employees. Also responsible for matters of corporate compliance and ongoing training for all employees in the appointment setting and sales departments.

6/96 – 11/00 NCO Financial Systems, Inc.

Senior Manager, Customer Relations: First position was Primary Sales Representative. Promoted within first six months to the position of Primary Sales Training Manager. After achieving excellence in this department was then promoted to Manager, National Recruiting and Training, given the additional responsibility to establish and implement recruiting, interviewing, training at corporate headquarters. Within the next year was promoted to the position of Senior Manager of Customer Relations and given the responsibility of evaluating new recruit interviews of sales and management positions, maintaining national customer base and negotiating new national contracts and agreements on corporate level.
